FIFA Teams Up with Konami for a Big eFootball Tournament

FIFA, the organization behind world football, has joined forces with Konami, the popular video game company, to create a new eSports event: the FIFAe World Cup free-to-play eFootball tournament. This partnership is a big move to bring football to more people in gaming and real life.

What’s the Tournament About?

The tournament is already underway! Players must pass three qualifying rounds against Dream Team to move forward. Gamers from 18 countries can take part, but Russia isn’t included.

The main event will happen later in 2024. FIFA says this tournament is a great way to spread the love of football across the world. EVO Soccer V7 Next Gen Graphics & Gameplay made for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021 PC game by elijio876. These mods update the gameplay and the PES 2021 game Graphics. 

Graphics:

- Updated lighting and some turfs etc

- Updated character model

- Updated tight kit

- New Ultra reshade (HDR) (depending on your monitor/TV you made need to disable the prod_80_03_Shadows_midtones_Highlights filter)

Gameplay:

This will be a tough one to outline as every aspect of the gameplay has been changed in some way.

- New physics from scratch for players

- New ball physics

- More responsive players

- More difficult AI

- AI adjusts tactics more frequently throughout the match

- Active defending 2.0 (defending is still more manual than the base game but your defenders now position themselves better)

- Realistic density on the field (more compactness, but the game stretches according to the plays/tactics)

- Collision detection and foul system updated

- The most responsive dribbling so far

- Updated passing

- Updated shooting

- New shooting animations

- New juggling and close-control animations

- More powerful long-range shots

- Goalkeepers are stronger to balance out the more powerful shooting

- Goalkeepers make more "sweeper keeper" type plays

- Jumping over tackles is possible again

- Now possible to dribble between 2 players without losing the ball (depends on player attributes)

- More penalties and cards
