No it is not, We use different ID's. If you like Fallons boot-root I would suggest you keep it

- If I use DN7 boot-root will I lose my assignments in edit mode?

Because my boot-root has different ID's yes you will lose your assignments

- Is it compatible with boot-addon?

This personalised boot-root does not contain any assignments so yes you can use it with any boot-addon

- Will this become a regular thing?

No my main focus is on the boot-addon. DN7 just wanted to play, become a legend, so he made his own personal boot-root. He just decided to share it with everyone.

Here is a new Boots addon (update 07-05-23) made for eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021 by Eddyedwards1075 featuring gabriele-150115 assignments and Mr Zero model conversions. This pack is an add-on to Hoppus117’s last pack which you can find the download in the instructions.

Now, a quick heads up - while this addon should work with all patches, Eddyedwards1075 has specifically used Smokepatch, so there might be some slight differences in player assignments if you're using a different patch. However, the vast majority of players will still be covered, so you should still be able to enjoy this addon regardless of which patch you're using.

How to Install:
