PES 2021 Team-Audio Server: Reviving Team Identity, Derby & Stadium Voice Lines

This project by RFootball brings back missing team and stadium audio from older PES games into PES 2021. It restores voice lines for team identity, derby matches, and specific stadiums.

The mod works like the NoDragao Mod or Stadium-Server by reading .awb audio files. Instead of just replacing sounds, it uses them in a smarter way. The audio now triggers special derby commentary, team-specific lines, and stadium-based voice lines.

With this system, it is possible to create more varied match intros, welcome messages, and even custom audio for non-licensed teams, derbies, and stadiums.

How it works:
  • Derby & Team Identity: Both are triggered by Team ID. However, the DERBY always takes top priority during a Derby match to prevent audio conflicts.
  • Stadium Audio: The logic remains consistent with my previous mods, but it is now switchable via map_team.txt.
    • If set to TEAM, it triggers Team-specific audio.
    • If set to STADIUM, it pulls audio from the Stadium-Server.
    • If neither is found, it reverts to the Default (Generic) audio in LiveCPK.
  • Compatibility: Please note that my previous Stadium Audio mods are not compatible with this version. I have optimized the .acb/.awb file sizes to prevent the mod size from bloating as it grows. I will be rebuilding all previous stadium audio to match this new structure.
  • Version 1.0: This initial release focuses on recovering original Konami audio; no new custom audio has been added yet.
  • The Main Core: The heart of this mod isn't just the .lua script, but the rc_config.bin which governs the PES Commentary database. I have included several versions of rc_config.bin in the download archive based on different DataPack/DLC versions.
  • However, the module is built to be a flexible base—so if you wish to adapt or localize it for your specific language, please feel free to do so, since I have only implemented the English (ENG) version for now.

How To Install:
The installation process follows the standard Sider structure. All files should be placed within your Sider root folder:

[0] OPTIONAL Some Commentary Packs (such as the one in FL26) use new eFootball voice lines for the "Intro/Welcome After Loading" segment, which can cause duplicate audio or overlapping.
Instruction: Use the files in this folder and place them inside your liveCPK/team-audio folder to restore the original PES 2021 duration logic.
  • [1] content: Move the content files into your Sider content folder.
  • [2] modules: Place the .lua script into the modules folder.
  • [3] Config - LiveCPK - Version: Move the provided folder into livecpk.
  • [4] StadiumServer-Specific: Place the specific audio files into your StadiumServer folder.
Add the following lines to your sider.ini. Crucial: Ensure these are prioritized above StadiumServer to avoid conflicts:
cpk.root = ".\livecpk\team-audio"

lua.module = "TeamAudio.lua"
lua.module = "StadiumServer.lua"
NOTE: Since this mod was developed using FL26, I cannot guarantee its behavior on other versions or DataPacks yet. However, based on its logic, I have provided several adjustments for various existing DataPacks in the archive.
