ReplyDeleteHi! PES 2021 doesn’t have a built-in feature where a player with 99 speed or shot gets a 50% boost over others. But with modding, it’s possible to design a custom mode like that—it would just need careful balance to keep the game fair.

DeleteUnfortunately, it's a bit too complex to explain properly here, and I’m not able to do it myself either. I recommend looking up some tutorials on YouTube or Google
DeleteThere may be a mode where players can display much higher level play according to their abilities. For example, Valver has a talent called Long Distance Missile. He can hit 50% harder or 100% harder than players who do not have that talent. Other abilities can be adjusted accordingly, including this.
