From the Global Function property

1)All forms have increased by 2 values.

2)All abilities of players have increased by 6 values.

3)All abilities of goalkeepers have increased 2 value.

4)All GoalKeeper abilities of keepers have increased by 12 values.

After this process player power has equalized to PES 21.

How to use

-Drag and drop the files written in the panel to the sections in the panel

-then select the directory to save and the program will automatically start the conversion process

-Automatically detects zlib and unzlib cryption
