PES 2021 MatchUP v0.75 changelog:

New Score API provider.
Using the fantastic sofascore.com site now to pull fixture data​

VirtuaRed compatible.
Using the latest VirtuaRed database along with @PogChampion edit.​
Note: This is yet an untested feature. I myself don't have VirtuaRed installed yet.​
So please report any issues you might be facing.​

Revamped the Live fixture screen
Ability to view fixtures by searching for any team.
Ability to view previous year fixtures
Added graphics for player /team/competition logos

No more restriction on option file needing to have all players.
Previously custom option files needed to have all the players within the option file. This restriction is lifted now.​

Fixes
Fixed issue of substitutes counts not showing according to competition.
Fixed red net issue
Fixed numerous bugs and added numerous bugs as well.

Installation:
For new users just extract to any location and run.​
For existing users, it's preferable to delete the previous MatchUP folder and extract it again.​
