Konami has obtained a big license ahead of the release of their eFootball game, which will feature Major League Soccer. Konami and MLS Players Association have stated that the "landmark agreement" will be reached with all MLSPA players in the forthcoming eFootball game in the years to come.
The new MLS Players Association-Konami collaboration will allow eFootball to use the names of players from Major League Soccer in the game that probably indicates that the MLS is to be presented in eFootball in the same way as the Premier League with false team names and jerseys, but with correct squads and players.
11 MLS players, including Mexican star, Jonathan Dos Santos, were registered as eFootball Ambassadors who will have face scans and will promote the game.
