How to Install “PES 2021 Real TV Look ReShade Presets”

Follow these simple steps to get the Real TV Look working perfectly in your PES 2021 game.

Step 1: Download and Install ReShade

Go to the official ReShade website:

https://reshade.me/downloads/ReShade_Setup_5.4.2.exe

Run the ReShade_Setup_5.4.2.exe installer.

When prompted, select your PES 2021 main game executable (for example:

steamapps\common\eFootball PES 2021\pes2021.exe or eFootball PES 2021 Season Update\pes2021.exe

When asked to choose the rendering API, select Direct3D 10/11/12.

In the package selection screen, check all options (install every effect).

Wait for the installation to finish.

Step 2: Add the ReShade Preset Files

Extract the downloaded “Real TV Look” files (you should have several .ini files).

Copy all the .ini preset files into your main PES 2021 folder — the same folder that contains pes2021.exe.

Step 3: Launch the Game and Select a Preset

Start PES 2021.

Once in the main menu, press Home (or Shift + F2 depending on your ReShade version) to open the ReShade menu.

Click the small arrow next to the preset name at the top.

Choose the preset you want to use — for example:

MartoTV2.ini

Make sure Performance Mode (bottom-right corner) is unchecked.
