New Transfer Window Updates: PES 2021 Option File PS4/PS5/PC

The updated option file for PES2021 PS4 PS5 season 2023 contains the most recent significant winter transfers from Europe. 

There are two variations of it, one featuring the Mexican league and the other the Japanese league. The other leagues, such as the Bundesliga, premier league, etc., are entirely licensed. 

This time, the PC version won't be available, but you may follow the same instructions to import an option file in the console and get the same outcome on the PC.

Includes most significant transfers recently made in Europe.

Other leagues, including the Premier League and Bundesliga, have full licensing.
