How to Instal CPK

1. Extract and copy the MenuWC2.cpk file to ...Steam → steamapps → common → eFootball PES 2021 → download

2. Open DpFileList Generator and Check All cpk files then click on Generate DpFileList.bin

How to Install with Sider

If you want to install with Sider, you must unpack the cpk with Cpk File Explorer first

Then move the unpacked folder to ...sider → livecpk folder

Now open sider.ini with any text editor and add: 

cpk.root = ".\livecpk\REPLACE THIS WITH unpacked folder NAME"
