eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2021 Option File V13 2022-23 by Emerson Pereira PC, PS4 and PS5 version. One of the most complete option files for PES 2021 includes the update of all football championships and teams for the new season 22/23, with the correct team and league names, real logos, kits for the new season 22/23, and many others.

PS4/PS5 Options
Option to choose between Liga MX or Japanese League
Option to choose between the Canadian and Auckland based on personal preference.
Other Latin American options to choose between Paysandú/ Portuguesa and  Santa Cruz or Sulas times in their place.

How to Install PC Version
1. Go to ..Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\(Random numbers folder)\ and make a backup of your save folder
2. Extract the PES 2021 Option File 22-23 file and copy the extracted folder to ..Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\(Random numbers folder)\ 
3. Enjoy!

    I would like to install the patch on the PS4.
    I tried the linked YouTube video, but unfortunately I don't understand the Portuguese language.

    Are there any instructions in English for installing the patch on the PS4?

    Hope someone can help me.

      Unfortunately, there is no video in English, but if you watch the video carefully you will succeed, it's not a big deal, I don't know Portuguese either and I managed to install successfully

    hello, is there any way to convert the option file into pkg? Cause i use jailbroken ps4 and to import option file it needs to be logged in psn network. Only with pkg will do the job.

      There is not tutorial for this my friend. Converting option file into pkg is still a mystery. Please if you find something, tell me. thanks

    I keep trying to download this option file and save to my USB drive, but it won't fully extract after unzipping. What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated. I play on PS4 btw

    I did all the steps and it says the save data file is corrupted and when i went to the import section it says there's nothing
