The noDragao mode mutes the commentary audio in stadiums with id 009 when the commentator is talking about Porto's Stadium Do Dragao.

Multilingual - Support for eng, ita, ger, fra, spa, jpn, bra, arg commentary, and probably works for mex if you use eng.
