PES 2021 TEditor Web-Tool (Update Aug 2025)

This is a web-based tool (single-page web app). You shall use it with a web browser. It also means that it is not limited to use on Microsoft Windows.

Although it is web-based, no files will be sent to the Internet when you open a TED file. If you have concerns, you can disconnect from the Internet after the web page is loaded and continue to use it.

Main features:

• Open a TED file with no prior encryption/decryption using other tools needed
• Loading the TED files from PES 2020 or PES 2021, it has auto-detection of the version. (PES2020 will be temporarily removed starting from the next version until further notice. You can use the old version as a temporary workaround.)
• Modifying player names, reputation, attitude, live update flag, name-edited flag, and player ID
• Automatically config the "live update" flag with one-click using the "Auto fix" feature.
• Edit basic team information

• Scoreboard color preview
• Sponsor background preview
