Konami Expands eFootball Licenses: Six New Clubs Announced

Strangely enough, Konami has just announced six new licensed teams that will be added to eFootball this Thursday. This move comes as quite a surprise, considering the company has been losing big-name licenses in recent years. Instead of trying to compete for the giants, Konami seems to be shifting its focus toward securing smaller but still notable clubs.

The most eye-catching part of the announcement is the inclusion of five Italian clubs:

• Como 1907
• Hellas Verona
• Parma Calcio
• Torino FC
• Udinese

These teams will be fully licensed in eFootball, expanding the Italian flavor of the game. While they may not be as globally recognized as Juventus, Milan, or Inter, their addition shows that Konami is building depth in leagues where they still hold ground.

In addition, Eintracht Frankfurt from Germany has been revealed as a new official licensing partner. That brings the total number of German clubs with official deals in eFootball to three, which interestingly mirrors the situation back in 2021.

This approach marks a shift in strategy: instead of battling EA Sports FC for the biggest brands, Konami appears to be strengthening its relationships with mid-sized European clubs. It’s a smart way to appeal to more localized fan bases and diversify the roster of licensed teams, even if the star power isn’t quite at the same level.

The update rolls out this Thursday, and it will be interesting to see if more clubs follow in the near future.

How to Install TV Logos Addons:

1. Download the file.
2. Select all the files inside the .rar copy and then go to the folder where eFootball.exe is installed. (steamapps\common\eFootball\eFootball\Binaries\Win64)
3. Paste the copied files here. If it asks to overwrite any files, confirm and proceed.
4. Start the game. If ReShade was installed correctly, you should see a notification at the top of the screen.
5. For 16:9 Screens: Select the preset called TVBroadcastLogo.ini, through the reshade menu, which opens with the HOME key on your keyboard.
6. For 5:4 Screens: Select the preset called TVBroadcastLogo.ini and Letterbox.ini, through the reshade menu, which opens with the HOME key on your keyboard.

Japanese narration by Jon Kabira with Ps1 and Ps2 goal celebrations for eFootball 2025 4.5.0. This is a Japanese narration by Jon Kabira, with customized goals chants and the famous and nostalgic ones that made him famous during firsts games in Ps1 and Ps2.

Shouts celebrating goals removed from games: Winning Eleven 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

How to Install/Use:

Install in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\eFootball\cpk

Replace if required.

In the game, it only changes the game's narration to Japanese. You don't need to change the game language.

After any patch update for Konami, just get the downloaded file (or download it again) and play it in the game folder (as described above), and it works again without problems.

Changes made in this update:

Almost everything was done from scratch, due to major changes and additions of players, teams, phrases, and stadiums.

- Names that were incorrect during the ball pass will now be spoken correctly.

- Some names spoken by the stadium announcer that were not being announced have been corrected.

- Added newly added teams.

- Synchronized with a new game update, when a goal is scored with a super shot, it's a "great goal," and the commentary will act accordingly.

- Added some more goal shouts and removed some duplicates.

- Newly added voice lines have been synchronized
