2. Extract the PES 2021 Option File 22-23 file and copy the extracted folder to ..Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\(Random numbers folder)\

We are pleased to present you the winter update version for the Israeli Premier League 21 for eFootball PES 2021 Season Update PS4 / PS5.
